In honour of Kobe Bryant’s recent visit , we are doing a special on Kobe.

What the hell is American raised Kobe style beef, you may ask. I asked too? This is Japanese Kobe beef that has been cross-bred with American Black Angus. These cattle are then lovingly raise in the Kobe traditional style, which means the cattle are massaged and feed alcohol, the whole ball of wax. The American Kobe is rated Black or Gold. Black is equal to a 6/7 marbleing score and the Gold is 8/9. The Kobe I am able to get for this is Black
Everyone I had talked to last Thursday night when we did the member’s private offer told me the beef was really, mouth wateringly awesome. Some of you even went to the effort to write in and express your joy.

We will make sure that your US Kobe Ribeye(yeah, they’re ribeye not sirloins, a good error which makes it an even better deal for you) is at the outlet waiting to be grilled after you arrive.

Underdog skinny winner Chin Seng outchomps heavyweight favourite Zack!
It was an epic showdown with 33 finalists and with the intense media spotlight, nerves were high. The all time favourite Zack was there and with all the attention from the other contestants, public and media, he was obviously feeling the heat.
33 Massive burgers were served sizzling hot fresh from the grill and a regulation standard bottle of water given to each contestant. (some wanted to bring their own glass for dipping but we wanted a level playing field). You see how serious this gets…
