While through our exhaustive research
we have found at least four “inventors” of the classic margarita.
I guess it’s kind of like nuclear bombs, the US “invents” one
then the USSR “invents” one and so on. Kind of like new gasoline’s
as well.
Anyway, it seems that one thing they have in common is that
they all tried to make tequila a more palatable liquor for the
“fairer” sex.
Now, how fair is that?

WHY WE DON’T
MAKE MARGARITAS WITH THE SUPER PREMIUMS
Some people ask why we don’t expand
the margarita menu by making margaritas with the “super” premium
tequilas. We don’t offer them, but you can request them. The reason
is that a good margarita has two different mild “bites” to it. One
is from the lime and the other from the tequila. A “super” will
be too smooth and all you will taste is the lime in the margarita.

margarita and tequila heritage started in 1996 in the Changi Prison
area and later migrated out to the East Coast, we don’t have all
the tequilas we are searching for on hand, but we will. If you have
